At Datarails, you'll collaborate with a diverse, global team of engineers, developers, architects, customer success, and product manager leaders, collectively shaping the future of our premier product suite and transforming financial planning and analysis for the future.

What You'll Do

  • You will oversee an engineering division of 3-4 teams responsible for developing our core product.
  • You will define the group strategy and methodologies to optimize the work process and efficiency of the entire tech cycle .
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders, possess strong technical skills, initiate and drive processes, manage projects within time constraints, and keep our team members motivated and engaged.
  • You will be responsible for the performance of the group, including planning, execution, quality, and setting the group goals, objectives, and KPIs
  • You will be responsible for the professional growth of the group members
  • You will recruit new group members

Requirements

  • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Over 10 years of experience in software development, with expertise in designing and building scalable systems with Cloud Architecture in a SaaS company
  • At least 2 years of experience as an R&D group manager or as an R&D director.
  • In-depth knowledge of large-scale systems, capable of leading technical aspects, complex projects, and distributed teams (experience working with offshore teams is a must).
  • At least 3 years experience in Python and Relational DBs (Postgres, MSSQL)
  • Experience with test automation best practices 
  • Proven track record of driving projects to completion using agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
  • Exceptional communication skills and high proficiency in English.
